Creates the Slack app, assigns this agent to the connection, then sends you to Install (bot OAuth). Requires installer authorization below.

Installer OAuth Connected Token stored for agent-hub (scope slack-admin). You can create Slack apps from here.

Uses the same manifest flow as Create Slack app. Events URL for your workspace: https://rocketbot.closetbox.onewall.se/slack/events
